Candlelight Witch Character Design

Based on the Witchtober prompt "Candle", I explored possible character and environment designs for a witch character whose magic is based on candles or candlelight. The idea of a character who works with candles felt it would be more appropriately placed in an earlier time period. The character design explored costuming that was heavily influenced by victorian era fashion with Steampunk elements.
